Process

Every project is different, but my approach stays rooted in curiosity, clarity, and care. I focus on designing experiences that are thoughtful, inclusive, and actually work for the people who need them.

  • 01

    Discover

I start by listening to people, context, and what is and isn't being said. Whether it’s talking to stakeholders or users, this phase helps me understand the problems worth solving.

  • Define

I organize insights into clear goals, user flows, and priorities. This step is about aligning on what we’re solving and who we’re designing for.

    02

  • Develop

I sketch, prototype, and test ideas quickly. I share early drafts, gather feedback, and make changes based on what actually works for users.

    03

  • Deliver

I hand off designs that are accessible, clean, and grounded in research. I also make time to reflect because great design isn’t just about what we make, but how we grow from it.
